- Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

- Europe: 5–14 business days
- United States & Canada: 7–15 business days
- International Orders: 7–21 business days

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Norlexs is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect addresses entered during checkout.
